Pattern shop, Stevensons yard Newcastle - Structural waterproofing to a historic building
Robertson Construction contracted us to work with Newcastle City Councils design team to come up with a more robust waterproofing design for this historic building. We installed Type C waterproofing and a specialist bund.
Beighton Service Station - Ground Gas and VOC protection system
McFadden contracted us to install a VOC gas membrane system. On this contract we assisted with specialist detailing to a service pit which needed to be resistant to VOC's and ground gases but also capable of withstanding potential water ingress.
